My first blog post is so appropriate for the vibe I plan to have... simple and a little random.
Due to popular demand I am working on some meals plans for my clients. I have told them not to get their hopes up, because what I eat is usually pretty boring! I did need a place to share recipes though, because some things I clearly made up and cannot be found elsewhere.
So, the oats:
1/2 cup organic oats
1 scoop collagen
1/2 cup raw milk
1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
salt
vanilla
- Mix all of this well and put in fridge at least overnight but up to 3 days.
- I usually top with diced strawberries and greek yogurt or peanut butter and bananas, but the toppings can vary greatly. Feel free to be creative and share you favorite way to enjoy them with me!
